CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

LOANS OFFICER

Loan Officers play a critical role in supporting clients by identifying financial needs and recommending suitable lending solutions.

Responsibilities include marketing loan products, assessing loan applications, conducting client visits, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. Loan Officers ensure that lending decisions are responsible, compliant, and aligned with the institution’s credit policies while supporting business growth.

This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, analytical, and passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and communities.

INTERN – FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

The Finance & Administration Intern role provides an opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in financial services operations.

Interns assist with administrative tasks, basic financial record management, customer support activities, and operational coordination within the organization.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in finance, administration, and microfinance operations while developing professional workplace skills.

COLLECTIONS OFFICER

Collections Officers help maintain a healthy loan portfolio by ensuring timely loan repayments and supporting clients who may face repayment challenges.

The role involves monitoring loan accounts, following up on overdue payments, engaging with clients to develop repayment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities while ensuring the sustenance of relationships with our clients.

Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, persistence, and the ability to manage sensitive financial conversations with fairness and respect.

INTERN – MARKETING/ BANKING & INSURANCE

The Marketing & Banking Intern supports the promotion of SimpleCash products and assists with customer engagement activities.

Responsibilities may include assisting with marketing campaigns, supporting client onboarding, conducting market research, and helping promote financial products through digital and community outreach initiatives.

This role is ideal for students or graduates interested in banking, financial services marketing, customer engagement, and business development.
